Unfortunately, We do not issue refunds if the order has already been SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can contact our fulfillment team to cancel your order and refund your money!
Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns. And, We provide Returns or Refunds only if the product is not what was mentioned or/and is a different size or/and a different product than the one ordered for. If there is any problem of this sorts, please inform us within ONE WEEK OF RECEIVING. In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue!
We do offer exchanges if the item received is a different size than what we have listed. All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy.
